I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again THERE’S NO i IN TEAM! You seen enough of my mug recently so a massive medal Monday shout out to Mrs B who did the Aintree 10k yesterday. She supports my stupidity, she doesn’t run as many races as she’d like and I was proud as punch to watch and cheer her on yesterday. Behind every runner has a support team to enable that runner…here’s mine. Have an awesome evening instafriends; keep smiling, keep inspiring and be thankful for those standing shoulder to shoulder with you…they are true…no regrets
